Welcome

To the site of the United Flyers of Sonoma (UFOS), one of the original disc golf clubs. The UFOS were founded in 1976 by students at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California, and many of these founding players are still active in the sport. Our membership includes men and women, boys and girls, ranging in age from pre-teens to octogenerians. Disc golf is a sport for life and the friendships forged while playing this wonderful sport are also for life.

If you are interested in playing a great game that lets you enjoy beautiful scenery, healthy recreation and wonderful friendships in a competitive but fun loving atmosphere, then step inside!

We are currently experiencing database problems in that we keep dropping links. Therefore this seems to be a good time to upgrade the site to the newest version of Wordpress 2.3. This will require an revision to the theme as well as the plugins we currently use. The site will be pretty ugly until I get things rearranged. In the meantime, please not the announcement below.

New course at N. Tahoe!

This just in from Craig Getty the TD.
We are hosting our first PDGA B-tier Tahoe Mountain Sports Pro/Am, Oct. 27 & 28. We have long sleeve player package shirts and $1700 added cash. Flyer is available on the NorCal Series web site, so boogey on over to the NorCal site and pick one up
